Workshop 2

The following shows gif-files of the second workshop.

The objective was to crate systems which included two variables which other variables dependent on. Therefore it would be able to get data sets that change in both x- and y- axis direction – which means it can change independently, but also in combination.

The results are shown below.

gif 3

The animation is a system where the width of main road controls the amount of sideways, and the length of the sideways controls the amount, height and radius of the trees.

gif 2This system can be seen as an illusion of a time line. The time line could e.g. be a development of a residential. The animation shows the growth of houses in the residential over a period of 4 years. Also it shows that, for every 10th house, a green area occurs, and the bigger the green areas become, the more trees occurs and the bigger they become.

gif fil 1

This system shows a development of length of a road trough a residential. The longer the road becomes, the fewer houses. The animation also shows that the width of the pavement affects both the amount of trees between the road and the pavement, and the amount of houses.

Workshop 1

The following shows the progress schemes of the first workshop.

The objective was to create a simple system which included two dependent variables. From these system it should be possible to collect some datas – e.g. the amount of houses before/after, or the plot on the site before/after.
